How do I check the flight status for JetSMART?

What are the bag size limits for JetSMART?
At the moment, JetSMART requires that checked bag dimensions be within 158cm. Your carry-on bag can be 55x35x25cm or smaller. If you also have a personal item, then it should be no longer than 45x35x25cm.
