I called a week ahead of time to request a gluten free meal for my daughter who has celiac disease and yet they didn’t have one for her at dinner nor breakfast. They only had a kids meal with gluten items. The crew tried to help and put together something safe but unfortunately she still got sick and vomited. It’s disappointing because I had specifically requested it and it seems that other people had their religious meal request fulfilled but yet ours that is required for medical reasons was not.

The seats were awful. They hardly reclined. 15 hour flight on a seat that barely reclined. Swiss airlines staff were absent or cold. Kosher food was awful.
