Flight attendant who helped me was excellent. She went above and beyond to help me with everything. This was the best experience ever. They tried to give me the best seat possible because of my birthday . Now i will always fly Swiss Airlines Thank you

The check in process was egregious. I was forced to check a Carry on bag that was within international standards for a not full flight with ample overhead space Alan’s my bag would have fit Very easily. They were rude and aggressive to the point I was concerned they wanted to rob me and go through my bag because it passed no common sense test. The food at the lounge was also not good. I would actively avoid this airline based on the experience i would put it in last place in terms of airlines I’ve flown in the last 10 years based on this experience.

On the ZUR-BOS we didn't get the seats we had paid for but we got the last row and it was a horrible experience. Exactly what we wanted to avoid by paying for seats.
