This rental company requires 2 shuttles and requires their own insurance (not included in the booking fees) which doubled the cost of our rental. By the time we were made aware of these extra fees, changing to another company was equally expensive last minute. While they were nice about it and the car was clean, these two inconveniences (wasting time and money) mean I would never rent from them again.

Build in plenty of time to get to the pickup location as it’s two shuttles away from the airport. Once you arrive, you better hope you aren’t more than two hours beyond your estimated pickup time or they will have given your car away. Extremely frustrating—I’ve never dealt with a rental company with these policies, and looking at other reviews I’m not the only one!

It was so long to get to. Take the shuttle to the car rental place and then they pick you up from there to go to the economy car rental. It was long to get there and on the way back we opted to just Uber instead of let them take us back to the car rental area to then have to go take another shuttle to the airport.

The hidden coverage fees were shady, as they were not listed online when i rented. I have car insurance and therefore should not have been made to pay an extra 20/day for coverage. This is poor practice.

There is no indication during booking that this place does not offer airport shuttle. We had to uber to it. When we got there it was a trailer in a sketchy lot and there was a line out the door to pickup the car. One guy worked the line and it took 1.5 hours. There were angry customers everywhere, ones dropping off and picking up. The place requires that you show proof of insurance by logging into your app, which most folks did not have. Other than that hassle the car was good, the drop off was good. The pickup experience killed it, though.

Ace is 15-20 minutes away from airport and it costs an additional 30-40$ to get your car and return it! In addition to the extra time and aggravation when you get there! Get a car that is at airport…save time and money!

They charged too much insurance fee. Even we had to paid an Allianz insurancw plan which we had not listened to or agreed to have. We were charged 91 USD for 1/4 of fuel, which would be 4-5 times more expensive than the normal gas price. It was a terrible experience.

Drop off was simple but service was poor. Agent did not greet, acted rude, did not ask if everything was okay with rental. Immediately went on the offensive into what I was going to be charged. I asked what the problem was and the response was that the car needed to be detailed and will be out of commission for a few days which I was going to be responsible for. If I would've been notified, I would of ran the car through a $20 car wash and vacuum; never had an issue with simple debris at other rental locations; I was under the impression that the cost of the rental included a wash. Also, never received a receipt of the breakdown for paying 3X the quoted price.
