2 reservations and they didnt honor either. Person at desk was mean. I was traveling with a 6month old and a toddler and he didnt care at all or try to give a solution. I will never used them again

This was a last minute rental because of flight cancelation. The agent was friendly and helpful, the pickup and drop off were easy and uneventful. Through force of habit I typically rent from another company, Due to this experience I will rent from Avis in the future.
