I like the space in the rental car area in FLL. The pop of orange makes it very noticeable compared to the others. Also, the setup looks very modern and futuristic. I liked that all formalities were over with once getting my keys from the attendant. No further checks were required once getting into the car. I will make SIXT my preferred rental option from now on.

Sixt reported damage in areas where we did not touch the vehicle whatsoever. The corporation reported damage on a ‘bumper protective strip’ whereas we never even touched that part of the vehicle. Supposedly we scratched the rubber strip to the point where the inspection noted it as damage to the vehicle. This firm is clearly taking advantage of individual customers as to generate increased revenue based on the negligence and discrepancies of their own inspection crew. Not worth renting from them in the future..

I booked this rental through Kayak and needed a change as my customer could not meet with me until next week. I attempted to make this change through Kayak and Sixt following all of the requirements to do so. Someone from Kayak and Sixt needs to attempt to make a change following your own instructions to learn that it is not possible and how frustrating it is. It's just a circle jerk of misleading information with no one taking responsibility after receiving my payment. Poor customer service from Kayak and Sixt. I will dispute this charge with my credit card company!
